Client-centred and trauma-skilled, therapist-guided one-on-one (1:1) healing includes a unique combination of clinical hypnotherapy, integrative psychotherapies (EMDR, EMI, Systemic Family Constellations, Rapid Core Healing), coaching, mentoring and more. In true partnership style, we work collaboratively, focused on the results and outcomes meaningfully set by you.

Life can be dynamic, unpredictable and disruptive. So, when the unplanned or ad hoc need arises, it can be good to know I’ve still got your back. My Pop Up sessions provide the same level of client-centred and trauma-skilled, therapist-guided care. Sans ongoing commitments (but you also skip on the extras, just saying). Online sessions are approximately 60-minutes and conducted via Zoom.
